The Group Holds the 2026 New Year Work Conference

On January 18–19, the Group held the 2026 New Year Work Conference themed "Dreams Rise in the East to Conquer Mountains and Seas; Strive and Forge Ahead to Win the Future" and the Annual Performance Review and Evaluation Conference themed "Returning from a Hundred Battles to Sharpen the Sword Again; Setting Sail on a New Voyage for a Ten-Thousand-Mile Journey" in Qidong, Jiangsu Province. Group leaders, regional leaders in charge, leaders of provincial companies, heads of functional departments, and heads of relevant companies attended the meeting on-site; members of the leading teams of all companies participated online, and all employees took part in the annual performance review and evaluation.
The meeting focused on three key sessions:
- Comprehensive Review, Accurate Reporting and Evaluation: Relevant functional departments of the Group reported and reviewed the 2025 performance indicators and key work.
- Calibrating the Course, Clarifying Goals and Policies: The meeting focused on publicizing and implementing the 2026 annual goals and performance policies.
- Forging Commanders, Organizing Quality Assessment: Heads of all units were organized to conduct annual performance reviews and evaluations.
Finally, Lu Jie, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered an important speech themed "Unite as One to Scale New Heights; Strive for Excellence with Solid Work to Win the New Year". He pointed out that in 2025, all employees of Guodong forged ahead in a complex environment and achieved historic breakthroughs: operating performance hit a record high, main business expansion achieved remarkable results, overseas expansion successfully broke through, the entrepreneurial sector thrived, and functional support continued to upgrade. Overall, the achievements were hard-won, problems were evident, and hard work promised a bright future. For the 2026 work, he emphasized that all Guodong employees must devote themselves to the decisive battle of the new year with a mindset of starting from scratch and a sprinting posture, closely centering on the company’s motto of "Confidence, Responsibility, Homeland", and transforming it into a powerful driving force to overcome difficulties:

Take "Confidence" as the Backbone to fully enhance the three core capabilities of customer relationship management, stock operation, and team leadership. Cadres at all levels must completely change the superficial approach to customer relationship management, take the lead in "building upward relationships", and skillfully use Group policies to seize market initiative. They must focus on refined operations such as "overdue" clearance and site rent reduction to consolidate the foundation for development. At the same time, they must comprehensively inventory and optimize the team, and build a iron-blooded team capable of fighting tough battles through the "horse racing" mechanism and survival of the fittest.

Take "Responsibility" as the Iron Rule to deepen institutional reform and stimulate endogenous motivation. Heads of all units must completely abandon the "employee mindset", take the lead in practicing the "entrepreneurial mindset", and manage their respective areas as their own careers. They must make full use of policies such as performance appraisal, full-staff marketing, and contracted operation rewards, activate the potential of each organizational unit and employee through institutional innovation, achieve value co-creation, and ensure that strivers receive due rewards.

Take "Homeland" as the Harbor to gather strength, focus on the start, and achieve a "good start". The annual performance depends on daily efforts; all work must be launched immediately, and key indicators must be broken down to months, weeks, and individuals. All Guodong employees must quickly enter the "combat mode", and with the momentum of "starting with a decisive battle", lay a decisive foundation for achieving core annual goals such as adding 13,000 new iron towers and reaching 2 billion yuan in operating revenue.
