On April 10, Guodong Group and Kazakhtelecom JSC held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement. Lu Jie, Founder, Chairman and President of Guodong Group, and Mussin Bagdat Batyrbekovich, Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

On the morning of the 10th, Chairman Mussin and his entourage first toured the Group’s headquarters, followed by a cordial forum and the signing ceremony. During the forum, Chairman Lu Jie extended a warm welcome to Chairman Mussin and his delegation. He gave a detailed briefing on Guodong’s business layout covering communications infrastructure, communications equipment manufacturing, digital intelligence and informatization, new energy, as well as the development progress of its overseas businesses and the Group’s future development plans. Chairman Mussin spoke highly of the remarkable achievements of Guodong Group and stated that the two sides enjoy broad prospects for cooperation.

The signing of this strategic agreement marks a solid step forward in Guodong Group’s business layout in Central Asia. The two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in fields including communications infrastructure construction and intelligent computing centers, and jointly boost the upgrading of Kazakhstan’s communication networks and national digital development.
